This past weekend, Officers Ava, Iris, Sophia, Yvette, and Lorelei led a small group to the beautiful Botany Bay on Edisto Island! There, they explored the beach, swam in the ocean, and discovered some incredible shells. While a few people got sunburned, it was the perfect way to end the week before another week of classes!

To kick off the semester, Madeline, Sophia, Yvette, Bowen, and Iris lead a group of mountaineers to the Chattooga to raft section three of the river. There, they camped in a beautiful spot near the water, checked out a local farm, swam, and ended the rafting trip with some delicious Mexican food.

To kick off the first week of trips, Officers Fitch, Ian, Georgia and Doug led a Sunday day trip to Congaree national park! There, they valiantly battled mosquitoes, orb weavers, and alligators, and came out on top.
