Last weekend, Officers Ava and Lorelei led a group to beautiful Panthertown in North Carolina! Although they encountered a brief burst of rain, the group found a wonderful campsite where they built a cozy fire and enjoyed some delicious s’mores. After completing the 8-mile loop, they set off for Brevard, North Carolina, where they feasted on some Mexican food and explored the cute little shops before heading back to Columbia!

On Sunday, Yvette, Ryan, and Doug took a group of members up to crowders mountain. There they met up with Yvette’s Dad, Doctor Herman, who showed them all how to boulder like a professional. After a long day of climbing, they all headed to Mexican to fill their bellies!

Last weekend, officers Harris and Andrew led a group of members on a four mile round-trip hike to Blood Mountain in Georgia. While there, they visited a stone structure, built a fire, and watched an awesome sunrise to close out the night!
